Job description
Optum at Home, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide in-home care in Sebastian County, AR. You will travel daily to patient homes within the assigned area, offering preventive and acute care with an interdisciplinary team.
Flexible schedules enable 20–40 hours per week, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for eligible participants. Active state licensure and relevant certifications are required.
