Job description
Optimal Care, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and consultative geriatric care, often in patients' homes or care settings. You will diagnose, treat, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to enhance comfort, function, and quality of life.
