Job description
Optum in-home care role requires daily travel to patient homes within the assigned area. No nights, weekends, or holidays, with a stable daytime schedule and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
As an NP or PA you will conduct assessments, manage transitions, document thoroughly, and provide patient and caregiver education. Compensation includes a $40,000 student loan repayment option or a $30,000 sign-on bonus plus comprehensive benefits.
