Job description
Unifi Healthcare in Kentucky is seeking licensed nurses (RN/LPN/LVN) to provide in-home patient care on day and night shifts. You will assess, monitor, and administer care per individualized plans while traveling to client homes.
We value compassionate, autonomous clinicians who document accurately and collaborate with Case Managers and physicians. Flexible scheduling includes some weekends with compensation; travel not distant.
