Job description
Hartford HealthCare at Home is seeking a responsible Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in home and community settings. You will maintain patient records, coordinate with physicians, and supervise LPNs and aides while delivering education to patients and families.
The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, CT RN licensure, and at least one year of nursing experience; BSN is preferred, with home care experience considered an asset.
