Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that promote health, mobility, and overall wellness. We are hiring for 12 hour day shifts, 7 am - 7 pm and 12 hour night shifts, 7 pm -7 am.

Education and Experience Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Licensure: Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee.
Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Compensation
$40.00 - $47.00/hour RN and $2.00/hour night shift differential
