Job description
Unifi Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver individualized in-home care across Charlotte, NC. You will perform vital signs assessments, medication administration, and documentation while coordinating with Case Managers to support client independence and safety.
daily travel to client homes is required; flexibility for evenings and weekends is possible with compensation. A valid RN/LPN license and a reliable vehicle are essential.
