Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver direct patient care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LVN will administer medications, perform treatments, monitor patient status, and document care in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you will support individualized rehab goals, educate patients and families, and promote safety and mobility.
