Job description
Encompass Health is hiring an LPN / LVN to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, and support individualized rehab plans in collaboration with RNs, therapists, and physicians. The LPN / LVN will educate patients and families on recovery goals, document accurately in the EMR, and uphold safety and infection-control standards.
