Job description
CenterWell Home Health, part of Humana Inc., is seeking a Home Health RN Branch Director to lead clinical and operational functions for our in-home care branch. In this role, you will oversee nursing and therapy teams, ensure regulatory and quality standards, manage budgets and staffing, and drive exceptional patient outcomes. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, mentor clinicians, and support evidence-based, patient-centered care that helps seniors and adults with chronic conditions recover safely and remain independent at home.
