Job description
Mission Healthcare in Saint George, UT is seeking a Home Health Nursing Supervisor (Internal Only) to oversee on-site nursing services across the branch and partner with clinical and quality teams to advance care delivery.
The role blends clinical leadership with administrative duties, including weekly planning with the Branch Director, staff onboarding, supervisory visits, and participating in Care Team Conferences. RN licensure, Home Health experience, and a driver’s license are required.
