Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to assess and retrain patients in their homes, coordinate with physicians, and contribute to discharge planning. You will design adaptive care plans to improve strength, coordination, and functional independence while following physician orders and safety guidelines.
Ideal candidates hold an OT license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
