nResponsibilities
nImplement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
nAssist patients with improving ADLs, functional mobility, and safety awareness
nEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
nMonitor and report patient progress to the supervising therapist
nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
nCollaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
nRequirements
nGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
nActive California OTA license
nCurrent CPR certification
nValid California driver's license
nReliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
nCurrent physical exam and TB test
nProfessional liability insurance
nBusiness license
