Job description
Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home and community-based therapy services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize safety, independence, and quality of life in clients’ homes. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary healthcare team, provide caregiver training, and document outcomes.
