Job description
Provide individualized occupational therapy to patients in their homes and care facilities, helping them regain independence and perform daily activities safely. Assess functional abilities, create treatment plans, teach patients and families adaptive strategies, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. Daily travel throughout Northern Genesee County is required.
