Job description
Ameriwell Care, a New Jersey-based provider of home health services, seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health Visits program. You will evaluate and treat clients in their own homes, developing individualized plans and collaborating with families and care teams.
Applicants hold a Master's in OT and a New Jersey OT license, and are committed to delivering person-centered care in community settings.
