Salary Range: $153,600.00 To $206,800.00 Annually
Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)
Full-Time & Per Diem Opportunities | Alameda County
ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist for a field-based position serving Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, and Hayward.

Territory: Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley & Hayward
Schedule: Flexible, with autonomy in managing your hours within your assigned territory

Per-visit pay structure based on experience, skills, and market alignment
Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
Minimum of 2 years of clinical OT experience
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license
