Job description
Optum, in partnership with Willcare (a part of LHC Group), is hiring an Occupational Therapist for home health in New York. The role focuses on assessment, evaluation of functional status, and delivery of OT services within the plan of care.
You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support patients in their homes. Required licensure and a valid driver’s license are needed; CPR certification and strong communication skills are preferred.
