Job description
Northern Arizona Home Health, part of LHC Group and a member of the Optum family, seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patients in home health settings. You will evaluate functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, and adaptive equipment, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to implement care plans.
This role requires state licensure and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
