Job description
HiredFirst is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health & Hospice team serving communities across Oregon and the West Coast. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide interventions to improve daily living and mobility, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and complete clinical documentation and discharge planning.
