Job description
UnitedHealth Group, via South Arkansas Home Health, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and evaluate patient care needs in home health, focusing on functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, and adaptive equipment.
You will evaluate functional status, develop and coordinate the therapy plan with the physician, document CMS criteria, observe responses, and contribute to a collaborative health care team.
