Occupational Therapist - OT
Legacy Lifecare Hospice and VNA Position pays $90 per visit
PRN | Flexible Scheduling | No weekends or holidays!

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, functional abilities, and quality of life.
Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to enhance activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, mobility, balance, and safety.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families to establish goals and deliver coordinated care.
Recommend and train residents and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and fall prevention strategies to promote safe, independent living.
Complete timely, accurate documentation, monitor resident progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
Qualifications for Success:
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
Current, active MA Occupational Therapist license
Minimum 1-year experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
