Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our field-based team in Nevada. You will evaluate patients, develop daily living skills, and implement plans of care under physician orders and supervision of the Branch Director.
The role emphasizes improving function at home, teaching families, and coordinating with the care team. A degree from an approved OT program and state license are required; one year of home health experience is preferred.
