Job description
Personal Touch Home Care is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist licensed in Virginia to provide compassionate, home-based therapy across the Southside region, including Suffolk and surrounding towns. You will assess functional status, design treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with physicians, and document progress to promote independence in the patient’s home.
