In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve clients’ safety, independence, and quality of life at home. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team, educating them on adaptive techniques and equipment.
