Job description
CareRing Health, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based therapy in Virginia. You will assess clients, develop and implement plans of care, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and supervisors. Supervisory duties include OTAs and HH aides, with emphasis on safety, independence, and functional improvement.
The role requires Virginia OT licensure and CPR, plus strong communication. Travel to client homes is expected; adherence to agency policies is essential.
