Job description
Mt. Vernon LHC MVI, part of the Optum family, invites an Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team. You will assess and plan care focusing on daily living activities, functional status, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment to support patient independence.
You will collaborate with nurses and physicians, perform home visits, and document CMS-relevant findings in patient records. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.
