Job description
Assured Home Health at Moses Lake, part of LHC Group and within the Optum family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for home health case care. You will assess functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, and home safety, coordinating with physicians and nurses to develop and implement plans of care.
