Mercy seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide compassionate home care services in the Corp Hill II area. In this role, you will perform in-home assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and help patients regain independence in daily living activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care using EMR systems.
