Position Overview

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized occupational therapy services to our patients within the familiar and supportive environment of their homes. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure a positive and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Prior experience in home health or a related setting is preferred, but not required.

Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
