Job description
Caretenders Home Health, part of the LHC Group and Optum family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to assess and address patients' functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, home safety, and adaptive equipment in home health visits.
Primary responsibilities include evaluating CMS documentation, collaborating with the care team, documenting patient responses, and conducting functional assessments. Requires OT licensure and reliable transportation; CPR is preferred.
