Job description
UP Health System Home Care & Hospice, part of LHC Group and in the Optum family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for home health. You will assess and treat patients in their homes, evaluating functional status, ADLs, and adaptive equipment, and coordinate with the care team.
Qualifications include state licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive, caring work environment.
