Job description
LHC Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Home Health. You will assess and evaluate patient needs related to functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, home assessments and adaptive equipment as defined by medical conditions.
This is a full-time role eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with opportunities for growth within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality patient care.
