We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Duncannon, PA area. This position is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus paid after 30-days of employment! To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing & meet performance expectations, and in the role and status for which you were hired!

What You'll Do:
* * Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
* Perform comprehensive patient evaluations focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, and home safety, developing individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life
* Educate and empower patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, use of assistive equipment, energy conservation, and home safety strategies to support safe, confident participation in daily routines
* Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
* Work independently, but never alone
* Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

OT Qualifications
* * Active Occupational Therapist, OT license in the state you work
* One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
* Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
