Job description
Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients regain independence in the comfort of their homes. You’ll assess needs, set goals, and provide therapy to improve daily function.
As part of a home health team, you’ll coordinate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapists to implement the plan of care and adapt activities. Requirements include CT license and 2+ years of home health experience; growth opportunities and flexibility are offered.
