Job description
Home Care Services of Haywood Regional Medical Center in North Carolina seeks an Occupational Therapist in Home Health to assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, daily living activities, and home safety. You will develop therapy plans, document for CMS, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.
Requires OT licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license; strong communication and independent work ethic are preferred.
