Job description
Baptist Home Health, part of the LHC Group and within the Optum family, seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess and address functional status, daily living activities, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment in home health settings.
You will work within the care team to develop therapy plans, document CMS-relevant status, and provide outcomes-focused care to diverse patient populations in home environments.
