Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Fort Myers home health team. You will assess, teach, and deliver therapy interventions under physician direction and within the home health plan of care.
Responsibilities include developing evaluation plans, delivering services, and documenting progress while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and patient families. A FL OT license and experience in home health are required.
