Job description
LiveWell Partners, in partnership with Apollo Medical Home Health, seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to work one-on-one with patients in their homes. You will evaluate needs, formulate care plans, and deliver therapy services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team and physicians.
