Job description
Optimal Care, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, guiding them to regain independence in daily activities.
The role requires daily travel within the Indianapolis service area, with hours Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and weekend on-call. Travel and home modification experience are preferred; licensure in Indiana is required.
