Job description
Amedisys is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver home health OT services under a physician-approved plan of care. You will assess patient needs and implement interventions to advance home-based recovery and independence.
Candidates must hold state OT licensure, be ACOTE-accredited program graduates, and maintain NBCOT certification and CPR. Minimum of one year OT experience is preferred, with mentoring as needed.
