Job description
Angels Care Home Health in Shenandoah, IA, is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide skilled home health services. The role requires performing clinical assessments, developing and updating the Plan of Care, and coordinating with physicians and the patient’s care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
