Job description
Caretenders, part of the UnitedHealth Group family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for home health to evaluate functional status, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment needs in patients’ homes. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and monitor the plan of care.
Responsibilities include ongoing assessments, documenting patient progress, and communicating notable changes to the supervising nurse and physician.
