Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team in Colorado. The OT will develop daily living skills and motor function, administer skilled care, and collaborate with physicians and family to implement the plan of care.
Prerequisites include a degree from an approved OT program, state licensure, and preferred Medicare home health experience. This role supports growth and professional development within a large home-based care provider.
