Job description
Olympia Assured Home Health, part of LHC Group within the Optum family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to assess and treat patient needs in home health settings across Washington.
The role includes evaluating functional status, daily living activities, and home safety; collaborating with the care team; and documenting progress. Washington OT licensure and a valid driver's license are required. Full-time staff may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
