Job description
Assured Home Health at Moses Lake, part of LHC Group within the Optum family, seeks an Occupational Therapist to support home health patients. You will assess functional status, daily living activities, fine motor skills, and home safety needs, and coordinate with the physician to tailor therapy plans.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient progress, documenting changes, and ensuring care aligns with CMS guidelines while supporting families and care teams in achieving functional goals.
