Job description
Geisinger Home Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist to assess and evaluate patient needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, and home adaptations. You will work within CMS documentation requirements and coordinate with physicians to develop care plans.
Required: current OT licensure in the practice state and a valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation; CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
