Job description
Optum Home & Community Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients in Salisbury, MD stay independent and safe at home. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate families, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life.
