Job description
North Idaho Home Health, a part of LHC Group and part of the Optum family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and plan patient care in home health settings across northern Idaho. You will evaluate functional status, ADLs, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment needs, coordinating with the care team to develop and implement the therapy plan of care.
