Job description
Valley View Home Health in Mohave Valley, AZ, part of the Optum family, seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess and support patients at home, focusing on functional status, ADLs, and adaptive equipment, while coordinating with the care team.
Requires active OT licensure in the state, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. CPR is preferred or can be completed within 90 days; strong communication and organizational skills are expected.
